The company Kristián Pilát - FlashStrike, with its registered office at 8. května 454/16, Olomouc, 779 00, Czech Republic, ID (IČO): 09910310, Tax ID (DIČ): CZ9810214260 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or “Data Controller”), processes, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation” or “GDPR”), the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Billing and delivery address / registered seat
- Order history and transaction details
The personal data specified above must be processed to process orders and fulfill further contractual obligations if a purchase agreement is concluded between you and the Seller. Such processing of personal data is permitted under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.
The Seller also processes these data for the purpose of contract record-keeping and any future enforcement or defense of legal rights and obligations of the contracting parties. The storage and processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose shall be for a period of 10 years from the execution of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal provision requires statutory retention of contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is possible on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation and for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.
Newsletters and other commercial communications may be sent to the buyer's email address, as permitted by applicable statutory legislation regarding electronic communications, unless the buyer refuses or opts out of such communications. These notifications can be unsubscribed from at any time by any means – for example, by sending an email to our contact address or by clicking the link provided in the commercial communication.
Your satisfaction with your purchase may be evaluated via feedback questionnaires or customer satisfaction tools. Personal data processing for the purpose of sending questionnaires is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, which consists of evaluating customer satisfaction with our products and services. You may object to receiving future questionnaires at any time by using the unsubscribe link located in any questionnaire email.
The processing of personal data is carried out by Kristián Pilát - FlashStrike as the Data Controller. Personal data may also be processed for this Controller by authorized third-party processors, including:
- E-commerce hosting and web technology providers
- Shipping, logistics, and courier services involved in delivering goods
- Payment gateway providers processing transactions
