• First and last name
• Email address
• Billing address
• Delivery address
• Order history

The above-mentioned personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

• Creating and managing a user account
• Providing a more convenient shopping experience

You grant this consent for a period of 5 years for the purpose of:

• Creating and managing a user account, unless you extend this period. Extension occurs automatically through active use of the user account, i.e., each time you log into the account
• Providing a more convenient shopping experience

Personal data processing is carried out by the Data Controller; however, personal data may also be processed by authorized processors, including:

• E-commerce hosting, web platform, and database providers
• Other potential providers of processing software, services, and applications as needed for company operations

Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Consent to processing can be revoked at any time by sending an email request to info@flashstrike.cz.

Please note that under the Regulation, you have the right to:

• Withdraw your consent to personal data processing at any time; such withdrawal will result in the removal of your user registration from the database, including all associated personal data
• Request information from the Data Controller regarding what personal data are being processed
• Request access to your processed personal data and request a copy thereof
• Data portability for automatically processed personal data
• Have your processed personal data updated, corrected, or request restriction of their processing
• Request erasure of your personal data from the company, unless these are personal data that the Data Controller is obliged or authorized to further process under relevant statutory regulations
