The original first-generation Ripper grenade featured a solid plastic core enclosed in a rubber sleeve. While durable, extreme impacts, throws against sharp concrete edges, or long-term wear could occasionally cause the internal plastic thread to crack under heavy stress.

RIPPER 2.0 brings a major evolution: The entire outer body is now crafted from high-density, shape-memory solid rubber. Rubber simply cannot shatter or crack. Only the internal trigger core remains polymer, but it is fully encapsulated and 100% protected by the heavy-duty rubber shell. This shell absorbs all impact energy, ensuring maximum durability even in the toughest CQB environments.

The original RIPPER introduced a modular design revolution. The grenade is equipped with a modular trigger system, meaning the trigger unit is fully replaceable. If mechanical parts show wear after thousands of detonations, you don't need to buy a whole new grenade – simply replace the trigger insert itself, drastically extending the product's overall lifespan.

Furthermore, this modularity allows you to tailor the grenade to your playstyle. You can swap between a higher-sensitivity trigger (ideal for softer surfaces or light tosses) and a lower-sensitivity trigger (designed for aggressive throws onto concrete to prevent accidental discharge during handling).

Forget expensive pyrotechnic grenades that drain your wallet with every throw. The RIPPER capsule grenade is designed to use standard, widely available 8-shot plastic ring caps. The cost per detonation is mere cents, making it the most economical tactical grenade option on the market.

Upon impact, the mechanical detonation generates a loud sound output of approximately 110–120 dB. This sound report, paired with a light flash and smoke puff, creates an effective psychological shock effect indoors. Subject to field rules, this acoustic cap grenade can easily be used at indoor fields and arenas where pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited.

The firing mechanism featured in the RIPPER grenade series is an original Czech design. This FlashStrike cocking system is officially registered and protected as a utility model with the Industrial Property Office under registration CZ 39281 U1.

This design solves the main drawback of competing plastic airsoft grenades, where internal springs remain compressed and tensioned inside pouch storage, leading to spring fatigue and misfires. The FlashStrike system keeps the spring relaxed during storage. You cock and prime the mechanism just before throwing, ensuring full spring tension and reliable performance for years of use.
